changing track

The info on the ISB micro-site about courses and readings and profs has literally jolted me out of complacency. It has reminded me that a year of blood and tears lies ahead, where personal transformation through interaction will be the key for me .

Lots and lots of work to wind-up/ hand over at work. Actually Am finding it extremely to extract myself from my business. I had been looking after our business solely, and now to hand-over it back to my father, is proving to be a tough task. I mean with most of outstanding issues as long as six months old in my head..... , dont know what to do . Taxes - sales tax , income tax , service tax , personal taxes lots of them and the fiscal year ending March 31 st , have to finish / Finalize all the above , also put into place next year's annual sales contracts. service teams . Finish visiting major clients in U.P and Nepal ........ Tough job, but then what is to be done is to be done.

Had expected to study some before landing up at ISB , but guess it's out of question at the moment.. Lets see.....

Am going out for 5 days for work.

I guess I will be posting in the diary form for few days.
